Hello, I am Deepthi. I completed my BTech in 2014 at Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology (Nellore). After that I have joined CTS as a campus selectee. I worked there for a year and half and post that I have quit my job and joined JayathiSoft organisation.
I have taken around 6 to 7 months of training here and post that I have placed in Dell.
The kind of training I got here is real time experience that helps throughout my career and job. I never had doubt of not having job during the training process as I have seen many people getting jobs and moving out of the organisation with a minimum package of 6L. I have seen people bagging 15L and even more package than that.
I am now currently working in a Tier-1 organisation with a package x8 times higher than the one for which I was working in CTS at the start of my career.
I am so happy and privileged to be part of Jayathisoft and forever be grateful that I got this opportunity to mould myself for a better career and future 😊
